- GIS & Data Science: geospatial mapping, data management, analysis, and related data services

4. Project Engagements and Separate Agreements
Project work is performed under a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement (MSA), statement of work (SOW), proposal, or non-disclosure agreement (NDA). That agreement sets out the scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, confidentiality, and ownership terms for your project.

Unless your service agreement states otherwise, our services are provided as engineering and technical support to you and your licensed professionals. Review, approval, sealing, and stamping of drawings, calculations, and other deliverables, and responsibility as engineer of record, remain with the appropriately licensed professional engaged by you for the project jurisdiction.
You are responsible for confirming that deliverables meet the codes, standards, permits, and regulatory requirements that apply to your project.
10. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or activities.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Website and services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Goa, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Goa, India.
